The Quad Plus bit tip features a one-piece carbide tip with centering point and the (4) edges of the bit lead easily into the uniform channels that spiral down the length of the bit. These channels are wider, deeper and consistently spaced which allows debris to efficiently move up and away from the tip at a higher volume.
